Lead Designer, Accessories Apparel Graphic Design

About the Role
We’re seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to help shape the future of
Accessories—Bags, Socks, Headwear, Equipment, and Global Product Licensing. This role blends creativity, problem-solving, and innovation to elevate the consumer experience through compelling design and storytelling.
What You’ll Do
Concept, sketch, and present innovative designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business partners, and athletes
Oversee design details, from trims and print applications to presentations
Translate insights into authentic narratives across various product types
Manage multiple projects while maintaining creative excellence
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver creative solutions aligned with the Design Ethos. This role reports to the Design Director, Accessories Graphics and requires strong teamwork and communication skills.
What You Bring
Education & Experience : Bachelor’s in Graphic Design 5 years at an agency or in-house setting (or equivalent experience)
Technical Proficiency : Adobe CC, digital tools, and apparel product creation processes
Strategic Thinking : Ability to translate insights into compelling visual storytelling
Collaboration & Communication : Ability to work with internal / external partners and present design concepts effectively
Adaptability & Leadership : Ability to juggle multiple priorities and foster an inclusive design environment
