Role Overview
The People and Culture Associate will have the unique opportunity to work with the head of People and Culture to implement and drive future forward people strategy to meet NetElixir’ ambitious growth goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Full-Cycle Recruiting: You will be a brand evangelist and assist in full cycle recruitment including sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
● HRIS and Compliance: You willdrive compliant HR process, improvements, digitalization, and automation. You will maintain data integrity and maintain employee records. You will leverage technology to scale people initiatives.
● Culture: You will drive our culture and our employer brand through initiatives that attract a diverse talent pool, create an inclusive work environment and ultimately employee engagement. You will own and execute on culture strategy and initiatives.
● People and Office Administration
● Collaborate and Win: You will work closely with the head of People and Culture to create and execute people and culture strategy.
What Makes You A Great Candidate
● You have a bachelor’s degree.
● You have 1 to 2 years’ experience in an HR function.
● You have experience with HRIS systems.
● You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
● You are an excellent communicator.
● You are a strategic problem solver with a strong passion for delivering client delight.
● You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and executing the strategies that have been designed. You get things DONE.
● You have the unique ability to connect, engage and collaborate with internal teams across the Global NetElixir Family with strong sensitivity and desire to work synergistically across diverse, disparate cultures.
● You have a strong project management skills.
● You are a lifelong learner.

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year
