We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing professional with specialized experience working with marketing and creative agencies to join our Supplier Management Operations team. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders and Finance Procurement Operations Business Partners to gather business requirements and execute strategic sourcing strategies across the organization. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has built and implemented a category strategy and has proven experience negotiating and managing contracts across marketing-related spend categories.
Responsibilities :
Create, manage, and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy for marketing and creative services to meet business objectivesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and become a trusted partnerLead complex negotiations related to all commercial aspects of the contractsResearch market trends to identify innovative solutions and category insightsDrive process improvements within the sourcing workflows, tools, and reportsMonitor the performance of agency partners to assess their ability to meet quality and delivery requirementsImplement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for management reportingQualities We're Looking For : At least 8 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing with specific category expertise in marketingStrong understanding of the marketing and creative industry, including trends and best practicesProven track record of successful contract negotiation and supplier managementComfortable working in self-directed and ambiguous environmentsStrong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with the ability to challenge the status quoExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or a related fieldMedia and Entertainment or Tech industry experience preferred
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $160,000 - $470,000.
