Key Responsibilities:
- Perform energy audits, retro-commissioning, and assist with MEP design projects.
- Review and perform engineering analysis/energy savings calculations using Microsoft Excel and eQuest energy modeling software.
- Analyze utility bills to identify building energy consumption and potential opportunities for reduction.
- Conduct field surveys of existing mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Design mechanical systems for various types of projects, including institutional, healthcare, multifamily, and commercial.
