What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Localization Producer/ LQA position at netPolarity, Inc. (Saicon Consultants, Inc.)?
Duration : 12 months Contract W2 only
Location: Austin, TX (100% onsite)
No C2C or Corp to Corp or 1099.
2 roles:
1. Responsible for producing Commerce (Wallet, Payment, and Commerce) localized content with limited supervision.
2. Responsible for producing App Store (apps, music, TV, Movies – media) localized content with limited supervision.
The ideal candidate will be committed to giving non-US customers a user experience equivalent to or superior to that of US customers by producing localized content for the App Store.
Responsible for producing Commerce localized content with limited supervision. Role requires native level expertise in at least one language in addition to English/ Bi-Lingual. Localization experience and project management ability is essential. The LPM will manage the input of localized data into multiple internal and vendor systems without error.
The successful candidate must be highly detail-oriented, and be able to judge and manage linguistic issues for 39 languages and all territories of client covers.
To be qualified for this position, you must have the following:
1. BA degree or equivalent
2. Bi-Lingual/ Linguistic skill in language other than English; excellent English communication skills
3. Familiarity with the App Store, Apps–related media experience in international marketplace highly desirable
3. Wallet, Payment, and Commerce related experience in international marketplace highly desirable; apps, music, TV, Movies – media related experience a plus.
4. Production experience; localization production preferred
5. Experience in methods of automating workflow a plus
6. Excellent verbal communication and written communication skills
7. Localization QA experience is required
