Job Title: Payroll Analyst III
Duration: 3 months (leave of absence)
Work timing: 25 Hours a Week / 5 Hours a Day
Pay: $45-$50/Hour on W2
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
• Assist in processing US and Canada on a semi-monthly and off-cycle basis as required or scheduled
• Process payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, and benefits adjustments, including preparing batches, final paychecks, adjustments, and special payments
• Uploading tax notices to ADP Tax Compliance
• Generate standard and ad-hoc payroll reports
• Address payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams and ADP to support payroll
• Ensure accuracy and operate with attention to detail in all payroll-related responsibilities
Skills:
•Minimum of 4 years of experience preferred
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP TeamPay
• Ability to process payroll and provide accurate reporting
• Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Salary : $45 - $50
