The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor the network operations and provide initial triage and support for incidents, alerts, and service requests received by the Network Operations Center (NOC). The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background with a focus on networking and basic IT infrastructure. Experience with monitoring and ticketing systems, such as Nagios, SolarWinds, or ServiceNow, is preferred. The ability to follow established procedures and escalation pathways to resolve technical issues in a timely manner is essential. Excellent communication and documentation skills are crucial for effectively communicating with internal teams and stakeholders. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Responsibilities
- Monitor network operations and respond to alerts and incidents.
