Experience with monitoring and ticketing systems, such as Nagios, SolarWinds, or ServiceNow, is preferred. The ability to follow established procedures and escalation pathways to resolve technical issues in a timely manner is essential. Excellent communication and documentation skills are crucial for effectively communicating with internal teams and stakeholders. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Responsibilities
