We are looking for a skilled NOC Analyst L2 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment and possess a strong background in network operations and monitoring. The role requires monitoring and analyzing network performance, identifying and troubleshooting network issues, and providing timely escalation and resolution. The candidate should have a solid understanding of network protocols, network security principles, and incident management procedures. Proficiency in using network monitoring tools and platforms is essential. The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical information effectively, and adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) is crucial. A proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are key. Certification in network-related disciplines (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network , etc.) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and analyze network issues.
- Troubleshoot network problems and escalate as needed.
- Maintain and update network documentation.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve network incidents.
- Follow incident management processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to service level agreements and performance metrics.

Pay: $34.25 - $38.30 per hour
