We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Program/Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their marketing goals are met by leveraging our innovative technology solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving client success, fostering relationships, and growing account revenue through strategic marketing initiatives.
What you’ll do:
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive retention, satisfaction, and growth.
Strategy Development & Execution:
- Develop, present, and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
- Collaborate with clients to define KPIs and ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for clients to optimize performance and adopt new technology solutions.
Campaign Oversight & Performance Management:
- Oversee the implementation and management of multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and deliver insights and recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Strategy, Product, Sales) to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time.
Upselling & Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services or technology solutions to meet client needs.
- Drive account growth by presenting innovative solutions and ensuring clients achieve measurable ROI.
Reporting & Insights:
- Deliver regular performance reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in account management/ client facing roles with demonstrated dedication to clients and program solving.
- 3 years of enterprise account management experience.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Demonstrated success in growing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or technology company.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, The TradeDesk or other digital platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of emerging digital trends such as AI in marketing, programmatic advertising, or search engine optimization.
- Prior leadership experience.
