What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Marketing Specialist position at Netsertive?
The Digital Marketing Specialist manages campaign execution for our accounts to meet the client’s business objectives, proactively updates campaigns to exceed industry standards, and provides operational support for the Customer Experience team. This individual is responsible for the on-time execution of search, display, social, and/or video campaigns, as well as being a key contributor in all SEO, Digital Presence, landing page, and integration efforts through appropriate technology platforms which may require coordination with multiple internal Netsertive teams.
Responsibilities
- Ensure overall client success and satisfaction
- Own, manage and execute for digital marketing campaigns
- Create relevant content and campaigns for brands and businesses
- Proactively provide recommendations applicable to clients’ business objectives, expectations, and goals
- Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions
- Oversee and/or participate in all operational projects
- Provide expertise on platforms such as: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Business Manager, TradeDesk, and Google Analytics
- Execute on SEO, Local Listings Management, Review Management and Social Media Management efforts for clients
- Work closely with the Product Team to test and implement new products
- Work closely with the Strategy Team to implement new strategies for clients
- Work closely with internal team members to help develop internal standard operational processes and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related area
- 1 years of digital marketing, SEO or technical experience
- 1 years of demonstrated dedication to client support and problem solving in a collaborative team environment
- Google Ads & Microsoft certifications are a plus
