Client Alignment Representative

As a Client Alignment Representative, you will be the face of Netsmart, serving as the primary contact for clients and managing escalations, product inquiries, and demo requests. You will oversee a portfolio of 40-50 clients, fostering strong relationships and aligning Netsmart’s solutions with their needs. Your responsibilities will include achieving annual sales quotas across software licenses, maintenance, hosting, solutions, and services while driving growth and software transformation opportunities. Internally, you will collaborate with the client alignment team, inside sales, business development representatives (BDRs), and solution partners' general managers. Externally, you will build and nurture client relationships, establish alignment plans, and effectively communicate Netsmart’s strategic imperatives and comprehensive solutions to deliver maximum value

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for attainment of annual sales quota for software licenses, maintenance, hosting, solutions and services
  • Cultivate client executive relationships and business counterparts to ensure growth of the client relationships and software transformational opportunities
  • Connect with clients remotely to establish alignment plan parameters, build and nurture the relationship and assist in identifying further opportunities
  • Effectively communicate Netsmart's overall guiding principles and strategic imperatives, solution offerings, technology, and consulting services and how they relate to provide total client value and foster healthy client relationships
  • Support collaboration across sales, professional services, hosting and operations teams to bring the right resources to the client alignment effort

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective presentation skills, including presentations in a sales capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with outstanding relationship building skills.

Preferred

  • Sales or account management experience
  • Health care and/or technology services and solutions with emphasis on health and human services or post acute marketplace experience
