Client Sales Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative individual to join our team as a Client Sales Representative.
In this role, you will qualify and participate in strategic sales pursuits for assigned clients, aiming to meet and exceed annual quotas. You will forecast accurately and close business on time, actively participate in demand generation campaigns to create a robust pipeline and understand and position new and existing solutions for growth within our current client base. Leveraging available tools, including the Netsmart CRM and defined productivity measures, you will drive transactional opportunities and maintain positive relationships with current clients.
This role emphasizes teamwork and collaboration, requiring you to work closely with cross-functional associates in strategic sales pursuits and navigate internally across the organization to receive necessary inputs and approvals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident in communication, and attentive to client needs, embodying our important qualities of collaboration, fun, and supportiveness.

Responsibilities
- Qualify and participate in strategic sales pursuits for assigned clients to meet and exceed annual quota
- Forecast accurately and close business on time
- Actively participate in demand generation campaigns to create pipeline
- Understand and position new and existing solutions for growth within our current client base
- Effectively leverage available tools to drive transactional opportunities. These tools include the Netsmart CRM and defined productivity measures
- Participate on team of cross-functional associates in a strategic sales pursuit
- Navigate internally across the matrix to receive necessary inputs and approvals
- Maintain positive relationships with current clients
Required
- Ability to work onsite and in office in Overland Park, KS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 2 years of sales experience or successful completion of the Client Representative program
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Effective presentation skills, including presentations in a sales capacity.
- Strong interpersonal skills with outstanding relationship building skills.
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Technology experience with emphasis on health and human services or post acute marketplace experience
- Care provider in the health and human services or post acute provider marketplace experience
