Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and manage complex engagement scopes, resource allocation, and client expectations across multiple concurrent implementations
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships, serving as primary escalation point for delivery issues while identifying new business opportunities
- Lead and develop high-performing teams of project managers and implementation specialists, providing mentorship and establishing best practices

- Develop technology roadmaps and strategic solutions aligned with client business objectives and industry trends
- Ensure consistent service excellence and client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and issue resolution
- Drive continuous practice improvement through standardized methodologies, team development, and performance optimization
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 8 years in software HIT implementations and project management
- At least 2 years of people management experience
- Ability to make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward
- Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills and negotiation skills
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAMP) or Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
