Responsibilities
- Implement technically focused solutions for Electronic Health Record (EHR) software solutions.
- Address incoming requests for troubleshooting and configuration of the CareFabric architecture.
- Deliver interfaces or data solutions across multiple Care Records/modules.
- Establishing connectivity and data mapping of 3rd party systems or Netsmart EHRs which enable data exchange.
- Provide consultative events to clients.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, information Systems Technology, Data Analytics or similar.
- Equivalent 2 years of work experience in lieu of degree
- Build collaborative relationships by interacting and engaging with internal associate’s clients.
- Prioritize multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
- Solves problems and troubleshooting.
- Internship in a business, clinical, analytical, and/or technical setting.
- Potential travel 20% of the time as needed
- Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel.
