This is part-time position except for 1 week a month when they have to work full days.
Please note that this is a 1-year contract position.
The role is on-site only since they need to physically be in the studio. For the working hours, they would work as follows:
Monday/Wednesday (Half Day): 9:30am-1:00pm OR 1:30pm-5:00pm
(Note: These work hours would flip back and forth from morning to afternoon each week. One week a month they would need to be available on Monday Wednesday for a full day)
Tuesday/Thursday (Full Day): 9:30am-5:00pm (with an hour break at lunch)
Friday: Always off
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree (or higher) in Graphic Design, Broadcast, Film/Video production, or Visual Communications or related field (or equivalent) experience
- 1 years of experience in live video production.
- 1 years experience with at least one of the following: multimedia technology and/or streaming services.
- Produce and shoot direct livestream Virtual Instructor Led Training (webinars) through a streaming platform such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams (including limited interaction with customers).
- Ongoing management and maintenance of video production equipment in training studio.
- Development of digital assets to support training (e.g., PowerPoint slides or other graphic assets).
- Occasional administrative tasks if required (e.g., updating class rosters, certificates of completion).
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
As Internal Client continues to grow we are seeking a Digital Multimedia Production Specialist to work in Global Learning and Development team.
This position is responsible for producing live video training sessions in our customer training studio in Rochester, NY.
The Digital Production Specialist will provide virtual streaming support for the Global Learning & Development organization.
This may also include the development of supporting multimedia (slides, photography, video) for instructional initiatives and management of Client's virtual studio systems. (85%) Produce and shoot direct livestream Virtual Instructor Led Training (webinars) through a streaming platform such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams (including limited interaction with customers).
(10%) Ongoing management and maintenance of video production equipment in training studio.
(5%) Development of digital assets to support training (e.g., PowerPoint slides or other graphic assets).
Perform other work-related duties as assigned (Last bullet required in North America).
