Is the calendar your favorite app on your phone? Does problem solving give you a rush? Are you most in your element in a fast-paced production environment? As a Production Assistant, you’re the linchpin of our video creation process. Working directly with Producers and Videographers, you prep teammates and clients for a successful, on-schedule video shoot and a fantastic final product!
Your typical day-to-day includes…
- Brainstorming with Producers to make video ideas a reality.
- Running through checklists to make sure all bases are covered.
- Preparing videographer packages and collaborating with producers to create storyboards.
- Communicating with and hiring Freelance Videographers from all over the Country (bonus points if you’ve perfected a southern drawl!).
- Reviewing submitted footage and determining if the quality is on point.

- You’re an expert at tying knots (you don’t need outdoor skills, but you will occasionally need to tie up loose ends and resolve client issues!)
