Position Summary
The Manager, Content Delivery is responsible for managing the day-to-day Content Delivery and Traffic workflow tasks and coordination ofassigned projects. This role ensures that all project responsibilities are accurately executed, tracked efficiently and deadlines are met while facilitating smooth communication and collaboration among various internal and external departments and clients.
Location: Atlanta, LA, or New York
Salary Rate: $2500 - $3000/weekly
This role is hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily Content Delivery operations for assigned projects
- Coordinate project workflows, ensuring tasks are executed and deadlines are met.
- Track the progress of all projects, identifying potential delays and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with account management, creative, production, and media teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain and update project management systems and tools.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports to relevant stakeholders.
- 5 - 7 years of integrated agency content delivery, traffic and network clearance experience
- Possess high interest in integrating Content Delivery role within the Creative andDigital/Social space
- Positive, professional and collaborative attitude
- A proactive self-starter and team player
- Excellent critical-thinking skills and ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Nimble and adaptable to different processes and change
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced deadlines and multiple accounts
- Competent in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Google Suite. Experience in
- Sprinklr, 4C and Social Ads manager is a plus.
