About the job
The Account Executive is a key contributor to our revenue growth strategy. This role is focused on driving new customer acquisition within the multi-family housing sector, managing the entire sales cycle, and ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding for long-term client success. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with full-cycle sales expertise, a strategic mindset, and a collaborative spirit to work closely with peers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by closing new business opportunities in the property management industry
- Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate closely with implementation teams to ensure successful client launches and sustained satisfaction
- Understanding prospective clients’ pain points and present tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Leverage HubSpot to drive success, track progress, and accurately forecast performance
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to position NetVendor as a trusted partner
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a unified go-to-market strategy thar prioritizes customer needs
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Results-driven and tenacious, with a winning mentality to achieve ambitious goals
- Skilled at strategic, consultative selling and tailoring strategies to different buyer personas
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Collaborative team player who values shared success and contributing to a positive, high-performance culture
- Proficiency in HubSpot and other sales tools; familiarity with sales enablement software is a plus
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Prior experience in SaaS sales and value-based selling
- Previous experience within the real estate or property management industry a plus
