Network Services Specialist

We are the Behavioral Health Community organization responsible for the delivery of mental health, substance abuse treatment coordination, and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. We need individuals who are passionate about making a difference by helping others.
We are seeking a Network Services Specialist to be responsible for providing support to contract functions, including assisting in design, development, and implementation of services; providing oversight to programs to assist in resolution for contract related quality issues, ensuring contract compliance; monitoring agency analytics; participating in the development and monitoring of provider performance strategies; and liaising between Network180 and outside service providers to ensure quality.
This is a full-time hybrid position, working Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Human Services or related field preferred. Any combination of education, training and experience providing the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job will be considered.
- At least five years of experience in a relevant area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in provider negotiations and contract management.
- Experience working with I/DD or MI Adult services. Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.
