What you’ll be doing

  • Monitor employee compliance with training requirements per policy, regulation, contract requirements, etc. Work with supervisors and trainers to ensure the most effective and efficient staff development experience for workforce members.
  • Coordinate training sessions, resources, and logistics with trainers while providing excellent customer service and prompt responses to staff development inquiries.
  • Maintain Job Roles and Job Role Required training in Hope Network’s corporate tracking system.
  • Support continuous improvement of staff development initiatives through learning content updates and the rollout of new training. This includes :
  • Facilitating and / or participating in work groups and planning committees with internal and external subject matter experts to offer the best training opportunities possible.

  • Participating in routine reviews of learner satisfaction.
  • Participate with improving the new hire experience with staff development at.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Learning and Development in areas related to training. This includes :
  • Ensuring training programs such as Learning Connections and Compass are maintained properly, training opportunities are entered appropriately, and virtual learnings are uploaded and function properly.

  • Ensure refresher training is reviewed by Subject Matter Experts and aligns with policies and best practices.
  • Monitor for compliance.
  • Work with regional Program Assistants and staff development designees for CE, webinar, and learn over lunch opportunities.
  • Assist employees, supervisors, and internal trainers in navigating the CBIS training and testing process.
  • As needed, serve as a trainer or back-up trainer.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of Interns by partnering with HR and Clinician Supervisors and ensuring the related processes and guidelines are updated as needed.
  • Lead and project manage special projects as assigned.
  • Anticipated Work Schedule

    30-35 hours per week

    Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm, with flexibility required for evenings and occasional weekends.

    Travel to various programs 1-2 times per week.

    Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience required in the non-profit or human services field (4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
