Network Architects is seeking a full-time Executive Administrator & Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Kirkland, WA. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Owner and other members of Executive Leadership. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This position will also provide administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship. The position will provide and lead support to both internal and external parties in a manner that reflects positively on the Company. The employee must be creative and enjoy working within an Information Technology environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Exercise considerable judgment and discretion in handling requests for meetings, appointments, and phone calls. Manage the Owner’s calendar with an excellent sense of prioritizing important items.
  • Assist with inside sales quotes roughly 60% of the day, no cold calling but coordination and handling of sales inquires will be required.
  • Provide Owner with appropriate preparation before meetings and check-ins, including creating agendas, providing reminders about content and action items and tracking follow-up items
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and events including booking locations.
  • Contact vendors for quotes, scheduling, ensure project completion, and make payment for various services.
  • Serve as key liaison between owner and key internal and external partners.
  • Manage internal communication and prioritization, including organizing, flagging and managing action items and tasks, and holding key players accountable to priorities.
  • Write and edit internal and external communications.
  • Conduct research and draft memos for Owner.
  • From time to time record minutes during meetings.
  • Assist with additional general office tasks as needed.
  • Set-up audio/video equipment for in-house meetings.
  • Attend trainings as scheduled and assigned.
  • Basic reconciliation of A/R checks and create deposits.
  • Assist with onboarding of HR paperwork.
  • Request additional details from distributors for deal registrations.
  • Assist with tracking software license agreements.
  • Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Three (3) plus years of previous administrative/office support experience.
  • Four (3) years of previous EA experience desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar educational background.
  • Active WA State Licensed Notary Public preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize information.
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.
  • Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines.
  • References will be required as well as historical salary verification.
