The Senior IT Project Analyst (PA) position will support IT project management activities by gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing data, and tracking and reporting project financial and schedule performance. The PA will be focal point for coordinating activities between team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
The PA will facilitate technical meetings and interviews with clients and subject matter experts (SME) to document requirements and detailed system specifications. The PA will manage changes to project scope, including maintaining change and risk logs in accordance with established processes.
The PA will support recurring and ad hoc assignments as required for the tracking and reporting of progress and project performance metrics. The PA will assist in managing project budgets against technical requirements, including budget formulation, forecasting, and developing strategies for maintaining alignment against project baselines. The PA will prepare and deliver comprehensive project documentation, including project management plans, status reports, dashboards, schedules, meeting minutes, job aids, and technical presentations. Key responsibilities also include managing and maintaining all project deliverables within the program's Teams and SharePoint Online libraries.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance as required by the contract.
- This is a hybrid position requiring onsite attendance in McLean, VA for 2-3 consecutive days each month.
