Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Project Manager to lead our clinical trials team. As a member of our Product Development & Clinical Research department, you will be responsible for managing clinical studies, developing study designs and protocols, and implementing operational and monitoring procedures to ensure patient safety and data integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage clinical study designs and protocols to evaluate the efficacy of skincare products.
- Implement operational and monitoring procedures to ensure patient safety and data integrity.
- Communicate study results to key stakeholders, including key opinion leaders and contract research organizations/vendors.
- Lead studies close outs and evaluations of statistical analysis, data review, interpretations, and conclusions of results.
- Assist in the development of related scientific communications, including abstracts, posters, presentations, and publications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant working experience; OR Masters with 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Relevant, transferable experience including clinical or scientific training, academic research, and regulatory/scientific work experience.
- Research experience with clinical study design, monitoring, methodology development, and analyzing scientific/clinical research data.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis/software a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
