Responsibilities
- Accountable for managing Technical Healthcare Products focused on supporting Clinicians in the High-Acuity areas of the Hospital (Operating Rooms, ICUs, Labor & Delivery Suites).
- Accountable for ensuring their Products and features are : Valuable to the Customers, solving real and important problems. Viable from the business, compliance, and regulatory perspectives. Feasible technically leveraging current technology innovations. Usable by the end-users, optimizing for an intuitive user experience.
- Accountable for managing their Products to successfully meet assigned Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Deliver value to the customer by translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Manage the product backlog, providing Engineering with a prioritized list of epics and stories to deliver desired Product Outcomes.
- Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas. Determine which ideas should be promoted into features to help achieve assigned OKRs.
- Accountable for planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including : gathering and prioritizing product requirements defining the product vision and roadmap coordinating with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and clinical teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, messaging, and release planning.
- Collaborate with other Getinge Product Teams to drive synergies with Getinge Products.
- Work with cross-functional teams to launch Talis products globally.
- Perform product demos to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Up to 25% domestic and international travel.
