Responsibilities
- Accountable for managing Technical Healthcare Products focused on supporting Clinicians in the High-Acuity areas of the Hospital (Operating Rooms, ICUs, Labor & Delivery Suites).
- Responsible for the planning and execution of the marketing strategy for technical healthcare products.
- Responsible for the commercialization of new and existing products in the Talis portfolio as well as 3rd party products related to the product line.
- Accountable for managing their Products to successfully meet assigned objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Deliver value to the customer by translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Manage the product backlog, providing Engineering with a prioritized list of epics and stories to deliver desired Product Outcomes.
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends and competitors’ activities to identify market opportunities.
- Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas. Determine which ideas should be promoted into features to help achieve assigned OKRs.
- Accountable for planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including : gathering and prioritizing product requirements defining the product vision and roadmap developing, managing and updating market plans and market status for each product coordinating with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and clinical teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
- Analyze all variables linked to the market to determine the best marketing strategy for products.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, messaging, and release planning.
- Collaborate with other Getinge Teams to drive synergies with Getinge Products.
- Perform product demos to customers and internal stakeholders.
