About the Role

As a Customer Journey Advocate, you will play a critical role in supporting our member experience department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting competitive intelligence and analysis.
  • Executing journey mapping initiatives.
  • Leading and coordinating experience excellence projects and process improvements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional business teams to develop innovative, member-focused solutions.

You will work closely with our Director of Enterprise Excellence to drive data collection and reporting efforts.
