We specialize in serving small and medium-sized businesses with consulting, IT support, network design, security, disaster recovery, and other IT-related services. What do we need?

We are continuing to grow and need additional administrative staff. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance Administrative Assistant. The Finance Administrative Assistant will be tasked with a wide range of projects - big and small, exciting and mundane - whatever it takes to support the finance and executive leadership teams to keep key internal and external stakeholders happy. You'll interact with all departments and all levels in the business with a focus on developing processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of office operations. The role is in Lisle, IL with some hybrid time opportunities.

Technical Skills:

  • Be a jack-of-all trades including managing facilities and coordinating requisition and delivery of office supplies.
  • Enter data into Microsoft Business Central and Autotask including customer invoices, customer cash receipts, vendor bills and journal entries.
  • Prepare daily cash reconciliations between bank transactions and accounting system.
  • Support Controller with account receivable collections including customer emails and phone calls.
  • Manage and track customer licensing for subscriptions, including monitoring monthly service changes, handling day-to-day licensing adjustments, and proactively alerting customers to upcoming deadlines and renewals.
  • Coordinate, schedule and assist account management & sales teams with customer and sales prospect meetings.
  • Assist Leadership Team in planning, scheduling, and attending meetings, conferences, events and activities as needed.
  • Research and secure travel arrangements for Leadership Team and other staff for conferences, trainings, and meetings.
  • Demonstrated intermediate experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience working for a Managed Services Provider a plus.
  • Bookkeeping proficiency and accounting system experience is required.
  • Associate or Bachelors degree in accounting or business (or equivalent work experience).
