- Development and maintenance of quality assurance programs for the collections team.
- Optimal staffing levels and budget management to meet financial goals.
- Implementation of billing system updates to stay compliant with regulatory changes.
- Collaboration with managed care teams to optimize payer contracts and revenue strategies.
- Monitoring and tracking of customer service calls and patient complaints to improve satisfaction.
Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, etc.).
- 3 years of management experience in revenue cycle, billing, or collections.
PREFERRED:
- CRCP certification.
- 5 years of hospital billing or patient accounting experience.
- Expertise in medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, UB04 forms).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare billing systems and reporting tools.
