Job Summary
NetWorth Realty agents buy and sell distressed residential properties. Our agents work both in the local offices and out in the field. Whether looking for the next property to buy or sell, meeting with attorneys, buyers, and other real estate professionals, or meeting with their clients during a property rehab, no two days are alike. Our agents also spend time building relationships because that is what supports a strong foundation of success. This role is a hybrid role. Our agents spend some time in the office and the field.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Learn the NetWorth proven model.
- Attend in-office meetings to learn from management and other team members.
- Identify and purchase distressed properties that can provide a solid return for buyers.
- Network to build new and maintain long-term relationships.
- Work in proprietary software for managing contacts, contracts, and rehabs.
- Provide detailed suggested rehab for properties.
- Sell properties from our private inventory.
- Work with buyers throughout the rehab process.
Qualifications and Skills
- You must have an active real estate license or be in the process of getting a license.
- Willingness to learn the NetWorth model.
- Strong work ethic to support the NetWorth Realty national brand.
