Role Description
This is a full-time in-office role for a Recruiter at NetWorth Realty's corporate office in Austin, Texas. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for real estate roles, maintaining candidate pipelines, and facilitating the hiring process. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Recruiting, Sourcing, and Interviewing skills
- Candidate Relationship Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in real estate or related industry is a plus
- Experience hiring for commission only role is a plus
