As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in achieving our future organizational growth for a highly successful Fintech <100 employees located near downtown Overland Park. Although the requisition load varies it is approximately 3-6 jobs a month. Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of business and technical related positions.

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will build relationships with contacts and candidates primarily focused on the Software Financial Services industry and gain the trust of a network of potential candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and technical screening metrics. List job openings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other channels. Source and identify candidates and coordinate meetings with hiring managers. Conduct phone interviews, technical screens, reference checks, background checks and drug screenings. Negotiate salaries and benefits and compose candidate offers. Input accurate real-time documentation into our applicant tracking system. Identify new ways to reach out to new job candidates. Facilitate all onboarding activities including new hire orientation generally, once a month. Generate status reports for the leadership team.

On-site office environment 5 days a week, with traditional hours.

What You Will Bring to Us:

• 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience within IT/Software, SaaS, Financial Services Industries.
• Bachelors degree in business or human resources.
• SPHR preferred.
• Confident, professional presence.
• Experience managing niche hiring preferably within the Financial Services industry.
• Excellent sourcing/mining skills, with the ability to identify and engage both active and passive candidates using various recruitment tools and methods.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal leaders and candidates.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while remaining adaptable and collaborative.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed goals with a keen sense of urgency.
• Strong experience and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Understanding of current impactful federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups.
• Manage and execute full life cycle recruiting process for assigned positions including applying a high degree of critical thinking to develop and execute talent sourcing strategies.
• Develop and facilitate training for hiring managers and other individuals involved in the selection process.
• Serve as subject matter expert for applicant tracking system including development of analytics and reporting.
• Manage recruitment related social media outlets and other recruitment related PR activity.
• Research and remain current on industry trends and recommend innovative recruiting strategies and techniques.
