Position Overview
The Channel Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving Neudesic’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy through key alliances and partner ecosystems. This role is responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships within Microsoft, Databricks, and other partner networks to generate revenue and accelerate sales. A strong background in Financial Services, State & Local Government and other Regulated Industries in important for this role. The ideal candidate will be highly strategic, self-motivated, and adept at developing compelling sales and marketing content to support channel growth.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute multi-channel GTM campaigns across different partner ecosystems.
- Translate intellectual property (IP) and point-of-view (POV) documents into engaging sales and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and industry teams to create compelling sales content tailored for partners.
- Optimize GTM efforts by leveraging partner programs, funding opportunities, and co-marketing initiatives.
Alliance & Partnership Management
- Identify, establish, and expand strategic alliances with key industry and technology partners.
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft, Databricks, and other partners to drive joint sales motions.
- Navigate Microsoft’s funding programs and co-sell incentives to accelerate pipeline growth.
- Ensure alignment between Neudesic’s business objectives and partner GTM strategies.
Sales & Business Development
- Engage directly with clients to establish relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Represent Neudesic at strategic industry events, prospecting, and networking to build brand awareness and drive sales.
- Support the sales team by providing sales enablement materials, training, and insights to leverage alliance relationships.
- Work closely with Enterprise Client Executives (ECEs) to ensure seamless client transitions and sales execution.
Leadership & Execution
- Take initiative to drive partner engagements in the field without relying solely on internal teams.
- Be highly responsive, organized, and proactive in building relationships.
- Present GTM strategies and solutions at a 200-level to engage industry subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success in alliance-driven sales.
Industry Knowledge & Expertise
- Bring industry-specific expertise to facilitate stronger client engagement and faster onboarding.
- Speak the language of the industry, understanding key business workflows and pain points.
- Articulate industry challenges before introducing technical solutions to establish credibility.
Success Metrics
- Growth of pipeline and revenue through partner-driven sales motions.
- Expansion of Neudesic’s footprint within Microsoft, Databricks, and other key partner channels.
- Development of case studies, references, and co-marketing materials showcasing successful partner engagements.
- Achievement of industry-specific sales and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the technology consulting space.
- Strong experience in Financial Services, State & Local Government and Regulated Industries
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft and/or Databricks partner ecosystems, including co-sell motions and funding programs.
- Proven ability to develop and execute GTM strategies across multiple partner channels.
- Ability to create and present compelling sales and marketing materials.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both partners and customers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly responsive in driving partner engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Microsoft funding programs.
- Industry expertise in Power & Utilities, Telecommunications, or Mining.
- Understanding of industry-specific workflows and business challenges.
- Previous experience in a consulting or technology services firm.
