NeuLine Health is seeking a Human Resources Director to join our cohesive team. We’re strategically expanding our neurodiagnostic testing service teams throughout the United States. NeuLine Health is an instrumental liaison for physicians to provide their patients with quality in-home neurodiagnostic testing services. Our structured ambulatory services afford patients the advantage of receiving exceptional care by certified EEG & Sleep Techs in the convenience of their homes. A successful Human Resources Director will perform as follows:
An HR Director develops corporate HR plans, supports the human factor in the company, oversees HR initiatives, and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations. Manage employment relations, and analyze data to report on HR metrics for informed decision-making. Plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention
Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs
Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management
Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system
Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management
Manage discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
Maintaining up to date human resources data according to state & federal employment laws
Staying up to date with the US Bureau of Labor Statistics requirements
Initiation of new hire orientation
Collaborate with clinical operations to ensure practices are compliant at all times
Lead new HR initiatives
Write & review employment agreements
Brief CEO & other Leaders on HR updates
Seek job approval from CEO prior to posting or recruiting
Assist with staffing and recruiting efforts
Overseeing hiring & recruiting process
Ensuring employee data is entered in the payroll & benefits systems
Maintain job boards
Delegate and oversee HR projects
Extending job offers
Collect & file all new hire paperwork, before or by day 3 of employment
Securely file all new hire paperwork in accordance to federal & state requirements
Disburse new hire checklist to hiring leader
Facilitating fair employee hearings & appeals
Ensuring all new hires skill-sets, at minimum, meet related written job description
Ensure fair hiring practices are implemented accorded to the law
Ensuring job posting, interviewing & hiring protocol are consistent is all departments
Educating leaders in accordance to ethical & legal practices
Enforcing policies & procedures
Assisting with joint commission protocols
Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
Practicing within the realm of HIPAA compliance at all times
Other duties as assigned
