- Utilize HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making
- Develop contingency workforce plans and crisis management strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8 years of progressive HR experience, with 3 years in senior HR leadership
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and labor regulations
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management
- Proficiency in HRIS software and HR technology tools
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across all levels
- Experience in change management and business transformation initiatives
