We are looking to add a Dispatch Service Manager to our Saint Louis, Missouri branch. This position is responsible for all areas involving Service Technicians including but not limited to :
- Full ownership of facilitating and fostering strong relationships with customers, vendors and employees
- Maintain a solid knowledge of the health of their department encompassing employees, customers and KPI's
- Effectively communicate Company expectations, initiatives, goals, etc. and gain buy in from the team while fostering feedback and insight
- Facilitate training and development of Service Technicians
- Dispatch and schedule Service Technicians to meet the required response and resolutions times set forth by our customers and Company guidelines
- Manage open calls, ETA's and communication between Service Technicians, customers and departments within the Company
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and updated when needed.
