Job Title: ITDR Monitoring and Reporting Engineer
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Purpose of Resource:
- To monitor, alert, and report on the health, performance, and security of IAM systems.
- To provide actionable insights through detailed reporting and analytics.
- To ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
Deliverables:
- Documentation of IAM monitoring, alerting and reporting requirements.
- Implementation of IAM monitoring, alerting and reporting on all IAM platforms.
- Regular reports on IAM system performance, usage, and security metrics.
- Dashboards and visualizations for IAM real-time monitoring.
- Compliance and audit reports as required by regulatory bodies.
Skills & Experiences:
- Strong experience with IAM systems (Azure AD, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, OKTA, SailPoint)
- Experience with public cloud providers such as Azure, AWS.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting and visualization tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Power BI, PowerShell,
- Tableau, AWS Athena, Splunk).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC) are a plus.
