Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Oracle ERP Financials Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Financial modules including General Ledger (GL)
, Accounts Payable (AP)
, Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM). You will work closely with finance stakeholders and IT teams to ensure seamless financial operations and drive continuous improvements within the Oracle ERP ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure and maintain Oracle ERP Financial modules based on business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Financials modules
• Create and maintain documentation including functional designs, process flows, and training materials
• Support financial reporting, period closing activities, and regulatory compliance needs
• Provide training and support to end-users
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3 years of experience working with Oracle ERP Financial modules (EBS or Fusion Cloud)
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
• Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Oracle Financial applications
• Proficiency with SQL and Oracle reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations is a plus
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit processes is a plus
