Job Summary:
- Analyze, configure, and support Oracle Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM)
- Work closely with finance stakeholders and IT teams for seamless financial operations
- Drive continuous improvements within the Oracle ERP ecosystem
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Financial modules
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure and maintain Oracle ERP Financial modules as per business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Financials modules
- Create and maintain documentation including functional designs, process flows, and training materials
- Support financial reporting, period closing activities, and regulatory compliance needs
- Provide training and support to end-users
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3 years of experience with Oracle ERP Financial modules (EBS or Fusion Cloud)
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
- Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Oracle Financial applications
- Proficiency with SQL and Oracle reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations is a plus
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit processes is a plus.
