Administrative Coordinator
An Administrative Coordinator at NeuMind Wellness Group offers support to CEO’s and therapists, aids and oversees the day to day operations of the practice.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Welcoming demeanor and a desire to help others
- Answer and return phone calls
- Point person for first string emails from therapists
- Schedule and follow up with clients for appointments
- Collect payments in a timely manner
- Deal directly with insurance representatives for communication
- Deal directly with insurance companies for billing issues
- For new hires, gather all required information
- Marketing (schools/doctor offices, etc.)
- Other related duties
Qualifications and requirements
- Bilingual fluent in both English and Spanish is a must
- 1-3 years previous experience in an office environment preferably a medical office
- College Degree or HS diploma
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Computer literacy; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry
- Ability to enter data efficiently, timely and correctly in order to meet deadlines
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Well-developed verbal, listening, and written communications skills
- Ability to work independently or as a team player
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and manner
- Ability to contend with a wide variety of people on various issues
- Ability to work in a busy office with constant interruptions
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping, accounting and/or Human Resources skills may be required
- Willing to sign confidentiality/privacy form with NeuMind
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
