What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Solution Architect, Experience Cloud position at NeuraFlash?
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor
- Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert
- Work with the client to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals
- Leverage Salesforce technology such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge
- Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
- Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members
- Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience
- 3 years of CRM industry experience (Salesforce platform preferred)
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems
- Understanding of basic UX principles
- Willing and able learner of new technologies
- Extremely strong written and oral communication
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Expertise providing solution architecture on Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Familiarity with charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Experience working alongside designers utilizing artifacts such as sitemaps, detailed mockups, and prototypes
- Involvement in design or development of custom web components

- Panel Interview with Real-Time Exercise (Video) - 60 minutes
- The call will be split into two parts:
- You’ll receive a prompt and talk through potential solution options and live on the spot (no offline preparation required)
- You’ll get some time to interact with team members you haven’t met yet
