JOB DESCRIPTION
As IT Demand & Portfolio Management Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by leading the demand qualification and portfolio management processes for IT work.
Additional responsibilities include:
· Design and implement an enterprise demand qualification process for IT projects
· Orchestrate annual IT project planning, Quarterly Reforecast, and emergent demand processes with IT and business/function stakeholders to maximize outcomes.
· Facilitate prioritization of new demand, including defining and maintaining prioritization criteria
· Review and edit IT Business Cases for Governance
· Provide support to our stakeholders providing timely answers to questions related to Demand and Portfolio Management
· Structure and maintain portfolio view, offering insights and recommendations to leadership
· Develop and maintain tools needed for effective demand qualification
· Engage with key business, functional and IT stakeholders to make improvements to demand qualification and portfolio management processes
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, priorities, and deliverables
Your Skills and Expertise
· Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
· Five (5) years of project management, Portfolio Management, business relationship management or related role in a private, public or military environment
· Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills
