The Regional Sales Manager will drive growth in the heavy equipment market by managing and expanding dealer and municipality relationships. This role involves sales support, training, and promoting products to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will grow the dealer network, improve performance, and represent the brand at industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent promote products and services
- Engage with dealers and municipalities to improve sales and product knowledge
- Recruit and manage dealers in assigned region
- Provide sales training, marketing, and support
- Attend industry events and trade shows
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of sales experience
- 1-3 years in industrial heavy equipment (preferred)
- Associate’s degree in business or economics (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
