Duties
- Oversee and manage clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines throughout the research process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
- Collect, analyze, and report data using statistical software while maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in the preparation of daily patient visits and documentation for clinical studies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in clinical research or a related role, with a strong understanding of clinical development processes.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations governing clinical trials.
- Proficiency in data management techniques and statistical software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, investigators, and study participants.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in research activities.
