We are thrilled to expand our team and are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medical Assistant / TMS Technician to play a pivotal role in our medical office, supporting our patients and contributing to the smooth running of our clinic.

Responsibilities :
- Daily office attendance, serving as the welcoming face of our medical clinic. Facilitating patient check-ins, history-taking, and vital sign assessments where needed and contributing to the smooth functioning of the office on a day-to-day basis
- Managing patient check-outs and scheduling follow-up appointments
- Assisting patients with medication refills and promptly addressing patient inquiries and messages
- Facilitating patient access to novel mental health therapies, including TMS and ketamine treatment for depression, through prior authorizations and access support
- Providing education and support the care of patients on novel and very effective depression therapies like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and ketamine (Spravato) treatments.
- Conducting TMS therapy sessions for patients, including patient mapping, setup for therapy, and overseeing daily sessions by a creating a supportive and nurturing environment for those undergoing treatment in our Bountiful office
- Collaborating with the medical team to ensure the seamless operation of the clinic and contributing to administrative tasks as needed
