Staffing Coordinator Team Lead to join and assist our Staffing
Team.
Staffing Coordinator
Team Lead’s responsibilities include overseeing the Direct
Support services, field operations staffing needs. designing
company policies and setting objectives for the Staffing team. You
will also help shape our employer brand
strategy.
To be successful in this
role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll
systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Ultimately, you will
ensure our company attracts, hires, develops, and retains
qualified employees.
The
Staffing Coordinator Team Lead will have hands-on experience of the
hiring process. They know how to write persuasive job listings, post
job ads on recruitment sites and review candidates’ qualifications
to shortlist the best fit for an interview. The ideal candidates
know how to perform background checks, keep records, maintain
confidentiality and enforce compliance with labor regulations. They
can maintain warm relations with different people, have excellent
listening skills and know how to gauge applicants’ responses during
an interview. Must be comfortable with public speaking, the use of
interactive media and other digital devices to facilitate employee
training.
Requirements
The
Staffing Coordinator Team Lead will work as part of the human
resources team to facilitate the daily operations of the Staffing
Team.

Will
work with other members of the human resources department to hire,
train and orientate new staff.

Other
duties include creating work schedules, monitoring and documenting
staff performance and preparing reports.

The
Staffing Coordinator Team Lead will ensure that the personnel
requirements for each work shift complies with internal and external
regulations.
They
also help employees understand their duties and responsibilities and
the company’s operating procedures and rules.
Requirements
The
Staffing Coordinator Team Lead will plan and oversee the company’s
human resources operations. They develop and implement staffing
solutions to comply with legal regulations and company
procedures.

Responsibilities
include identifying staffing needs, creating work schedules and
listing vacancies with recruitment agencies to fulfill employee
requirements.

Identify
company employee requirements and create a staffing strategy.

the HR department with hiring, training and onboarding new
employees.

Prepare
work schedules and enforce compliance with company and
industry labor requirements.

daily staffing reports, monitor employee performance and
submit weekly reports to management.

problems to human resources.
