Front Desk Coordinator
Warm and welcoming individual to attend to patients on the phone and in person. This positive and team oriented person will coordinate and organize appointments and documentation to facilitate the smooth running of busy healthcare environment and support delivery of quality patient care and experience. This team member will also provides clinical support and technical assistance to the professional staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and register patients according to established protocols
- Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance and medical history
- Ensure patient information is accurate including billing information
- Maintains and manages patient records
- Move patients through appointments as scheduled
- Answer incoming calls, manage inquiries, and schedule patient appointments accordingly
- Collect co-pays and payments
