OPERATIONS MANAGER, NEUROSPA ASPEN WILLITS

Job Summary

The Operations Manager will help lead the NeuroSpa experience. As a member of the spa leadership team, the Operations Manager, will work closely with other leadership in driving top-line revenue, managing human capital, coaching talent, and building client relations.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Train all providers to give premier quality service to the NeuroSpa guest and maintain a consistent flow of general medical spa operations.
  • Communicate monthly, weekly, daily promotions to the provider teams to reach specific goals.
  • Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
  • Train staff to demonstrate proficiency in spa operations, scheduling, customer relations, and revenue management. Ensure that team members receive ongoing training and development and keeping team members updated on spa procedures and policies to ensure operating standards (customer service, safety, inventory management, merchandising, state guidelines, etc.) are consistently met
  • Perform inventory of retail and professional supplies as needed.
  • Handle and create schedules for both NeuroSpa locations.
  • Respond to customer satisfaction survey comments daily, and resolve customer service issues as needed on site.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by enforcing quality control, and effectively handle and resolve customer concerns/feedback.
  • Resolve staff compliance issues and work closely with the HR Director on any recommended disciplinary steps.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, opening and closing procedures, as well as all requisite cash handling processes.
  • Respond to facility needs to secure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Requirements

  • Education High School diploma required, college degree desired.
  • At least two years of experience working with a Point of Service software system in a hospitality/retail operations role.
  • Minimum two years supervisory experience in a high volume customer service focused medical spa environment.
  • Ability to meet US employment and eligibility requirements.
  • Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the spa, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
  • Proactive and creative problem solving, innovative thought leader
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with ability to balance multiple tasks
  • Provide clear, constructive direction to entire team through development and documentation of programs and operating goals aimed at achieving goals and superior service

Technical or Administrative Knowledge

  • Computer literate with good keyboarding skills, able to check and respond to emails.
  • Excellent listening and verbal skills, effective communicator, able to write legibly.
  • Able to operate basic business machines (i. e. calculator, fax, printer, copier).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
