We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Account Managers to join our team! You will be responsible for managing and growing a territory through outbound calling, B2B prospecting, as well as, calling on current accounts to build relationships, maintain inventory and grow sales. Additional focus on reactivating inactive customers and cold calling new business. Job Responsibilities:
- Take Inbound and Outbound calls from existing customers, previous customers and/or prospects
- Understand each customer’s cleaning challenges and provide the best solution
- Manage retention and growth of assigned accounts utilizing company initiatives and resources
- Win customers over and provide the ultimate customer experience on every conversation
- Exceed established sales and commission goals and win!
- 1 – 2 years preferred of recent and continuous sales/call center experience
- Business to business outbound sales preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- MS Office experience preferred
