We're seeking a dedicated Client Success Specialist to join our Business Renewals team and help our valued customers thrive.
Your Role: As a Client Success Specialist, you'll be the friendly voice and trusted resource for our existing clients. You'll ensure they have everything they need to keep their businesses running smoothly and compliantly. Your goal is to build lasting relationships and provide tailored solutions that meet each client's unique needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to clients to discuss their business needs and renewal options
- Provide expert guidance on our services, including registration renewals and registered agent services
- Listen to client concerns and work collaboratively to find solutions
- Educate clients on the benefits of our products and services
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
- Contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of excellent customer service
- At least one year of experience in a client-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus)
- Available to work on-site Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
