Day-to-Day Substitute Teacher for the 24/25 School Year

Hiring Requirements, if offered a position: * Pass a Criminal Background Check, * Provide documentation of a negative TB test within the last four years, * Complete the online Mandated Child Abuse Reporting Educators Training for School Personnel from the Public School Works (free) with a passing score of 80% of better, * Attend an orientation and complete employment paperwork, * Must work at least 10 days in a school year to remain on the Nevada County Substitute Consortium list. All substitute teachers who hold an Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit are required to participate in an approved substitute teacher training upon acceptance into the Nevada County Substitute Teacher program.
